The Armitage Leather & Just Wood Professional Leather Burnisher is a professional-grade leather burnishing tool designed to create clean, smooth and durable edges on your leather projects.

Designed to be mounted onto a suitable motor, bench grinder or other rotating machine, this leather burnisher allows you to burnish leather edges quickly and consistently, making it ideal for leatherworkers, saddlers and leather craft enthusiasts.

Featuring seven different burnishing grooves — 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 9mm and 12mm — this leather edge burnisher covers many of the most popular leather thicknesses and edge profiles.

The grooves are deliberately not fully rounded. They are shaped to gently round the corners of the leather without excessively doming the edge, helping to produce a stronger, smoother and more even burnished edge while retaining a clean, detailed profile.

Leather Burnisher for Bench Grinders & Motors

Measuring 110mm long × 54mm diameter, the burnisher is supplied with a long collet designed to fit most 12.7mm (1/2") shaft motors and bench grinders.

The collet is securely fixed inside the burnisher, while an extra-long grub screw locks both the collet to the machine shaft and the burnisher to the collet for additional security during use.
