“Goods” means any item available for sale on our website.

“Contract” means the agreement between you and Just Wood for the supply of goods.
“Delivery Area” refers to the UK Mainland (special pricing applies to Highlands & Islands, Offshore, Channel Islands, Europe, and Worldwide).
References to statutes include any updates or replacements. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Words importing one gender include others as required.
We will sell you only the goods listed in your accepted order.
Orders are accepted at our discretion, confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, particularly in the case of errors or if goods are unavailable.
Any variation to these terms must be confirmed by email.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including delivery address and product specifications.
We reserve the right to correct errors on the website without materially affecting the contract.
Product specifications may be updated to meet statutory or safety requirements.
Prices displayed include VAT (where applicable) and exclude delivery costs, which are added at checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices on the website at any time. Your order price is confirmed at the time of acceptance.
If the price changes between order acceptance and delivery, we will notify you. You may accept the new price or cancel the order.
Payment is taken at the time of order via the method you select.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
If payment cannot be taken, we may cancel or suspend your order.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method.
Delivery will be to the address provided on your order. Please ensure it is accurate.
Unless otherwise chosen, Royal Mail is used for most deliveries. For larger, high-value, or special items, we will use a courier service.
We aim to meet the estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery, but ownership of goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
If part of a multiple order cannot be delivered, the rest will be delivered separately, and each delivery is treated as a separate contract.
Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation under the 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the item is faulty or incorrectly made by us.
Our terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You must inspect goods promptly upon delivery and notify us of any defects within 14 days.
Valid claims will result in a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damage beyond what is reasonably foreseeable.
We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from ours.
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel orders for non-personalised items and return them at your cost for a full refund.
Personalised items, unsealed audio/video/software, perishable goods, and time-specific services are excluded.
Electronic communications (email) are deemed received when they enter an accessible system for the recipient.
Postal communications are deemed received 3 days after first-class post, 5 days after second-class post.
Retain copies of correspondence and delivery receipts for your records.
If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
No third-party rights are conferred by these terms.
Disputes should be resolved in the UK.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
These terms and conditions, and any contract formed under them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
