We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Many of our items are personalised and made to order, so production times may vary depending on the item and order volume. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Unless you select an alternative service at checkout, we use Royal Mail for most UK deliveries.
Royal Mail deliveries typically arrive within 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
For high-value items, or if you select courier delivery at checkout, we will use a secure courier service provided by APC or Royal Mail (Tracked & Signed).
All deliveries require either:
A GPS location scan, signature upon delivery, or
Photographic proof of delivery
This helps protect your order and reduce the risk of loss or damage in transit.
We offer a next working day delivery service via APC courier or Royal Mail.
Orders must be placed before 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, to qualify.
Next day delivery is not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.
A signature will be required on delivery.

If, for any reason, we cannot meet a next day request, we will contact you as soon as possible. Courier delivery is available Monday to Friday only.
We ship worldwide.
International deliveries may take up to 21 working days, depending on destination and customs processing. The Majority arrive within 5-7 working days.
For certain overseas orders, we may be able to provide a more accurate delivery quote. Please contact us with full details before ordering if you would like a specific shipping quotation.
Since the UK has left the European Union:
We do not charge UK VAT on orders shipped to EU countries.
Customers may be required to pay local customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery.
These charges vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
You are welcome to collect your order from our premises in Burton-on-Trent.
Collection can be selected at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to:
